On a hotness scale of 1 to 10 we're told our Tryin' Thai Dry Rub is about a eight (7- 8), however, your taste buds may vary. Our 'Thai Dry Rub has just the right amount of Ginger, Coriander and Cloves. These are essential seasoning in Asian cuisines. Perfect in a stir-fry, or on the grill. The Ginger adds a spicy, peppery taste and aroma, and gives a sense of warmth when consumed. Ginger is used on many Asian and Indian meat and fish dishes. Our 'Tryin' Thai Dry Rub will bring your mouth the pleasure of the Orient. The brown sugar helps keep this rub on the medium to hot side.
