Gerry's BBQ - Savoy Mountain Dry Rub (traditional) recipe is considered sweet & mild. Many of our customers have asked us for a more expand flavor line so we have developed the Ragin' Cajun Rub. You won't be disappointed. On a hotness scale of 1 to 10 we're told our Ragin' Cajun Rub is about a eight (8 - 9), however, your taste buds may vary. Our 'Ragin' Cajun Rub has just the right amount Cajun Seasoning, Cayenne Pepper and Crushed Red Pepper to bring out the flavor of New Orleans and the essence of Creole Cooking for use on meats, poultry, fish and salads to add zest and an amazing flavor.

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Paprika, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Red Pepper, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cajun Seasonings.
